Hello Freelancer 👋
Hope you’re doing well and having a great week so far?

In today’s edition: Vacancies opening up at The Body Shop, Press Jam, Lede Entertainment more.
Good luck with the applications this week!
If you’re hiring and want to submit an opportunity for us to feature in this newsletter. Simply fill out this Google Form (at no cost).
Please note that the opportunities that we feature, the rates do of course vary depending on the individual publication/company. It’s not always possible for us to find the rates as this information isn’t always shared with us. But we do ensure that the work is paid and not voluntary.
The number of opportunities will vary every week, it simply depends on the market and the amount of vacancies out there. Also worth noting, inclusion is not equal to an endorsement.
This newsletter is reliant on word of mouth to grow, so if you know anyone who’s a freelance writer/journalist/copywriter/content creator, please tell them about us. Even a social media post would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Opportunities ✍
The Body Shop: Copywriter (via Nick Clarke): “On the lookout for a tip-top freelance copywriter and a freelance digital creative, for a quick start this side of Christmas, at The Body Shop. An iconic brand doing big and beautiful things again. If that’s you or someone you know, drop me a message, share with that brilliant someone, or make a recommendation… and let’s pick up. Thanks”.
Press Jam: Writers (via Almara Abgarian): “I am looking for freelancers to cover some feature writing shifts and commissions – including ad-hoc evening interviews – in December and January (with the possibility of more work). This will include interviews, profile pieces, brainstorming and idea creation for entrepreneurs, brands, content creators and other high-profile digital influencers”.
Lede Entertainment: Writers (via Leah Patterson): “Lede Entertainment seeks freelance writers to develop and write elevated stories that will be shot in vertical format. We’re looking for great characters, engaging relationships, and new takes on familiar tropes in the following genres: edgy rom-coms, mystery-thriller detective stories, Black Mirror-like sci-fi, horror comedies, friendship comedies, romantic action thrillers or romantic supernatural fantasy dramas (think True Blood.) Please send short pitches and either an IMDB link or resume to info@ledeentertainment.com.”
Sport Wales: Copywriters (via Jonathon Hall): “I’m looking for copywriters to support the work of the comms team and our existing freelance Copywriter at Sport Wales. It would be great if you can work in both Welsh and English, but it’s far from essential as we already have an excellent translator. It’s also a bonus if you have knowledge of the Welsh sporting landscape and/or experience in developing case studies”. (Also to be included in the Freelance Sport Opps newsletter)
